Our final for Color Theory was to use optical mixing to create the illusion of form. We were supposed have a goal color for the form, which we did not utilize during the painting process. We were also forbidden from using any long strokes or large areas of a single color. My goal colors were violet and yellow-orange and my form was a square knot of halved tubes. It is acrylic on foam core, approximately 15 inches long.
